Mantle Settings

This page provides various configuration options to customize and manage Mantle. Each setting is displayed into dedicated sections.


From the Mantle Homepage, navigate to the Settings page by clicking the icon. img


Update Password

Info

If you need to change your password, you can do so in this section by providing your current password and entering a new one that meets the security requirements.
Your new password must include:
✅ Minimum of 15 characters
✅ At least 2 uppercase letters (A-Z)
✅ At least 2 lowercase letters (a-z)
✅ At least 2 numbers (0-9)
✅ At least 2 special characters (!@#$%^&*, etc.)

  1. Enter your Current Password.
  2. Enter your New Password.
  3. Re-enter the new password in Confirm Password.
  4. Click Submit to apply the changes.

After submission, your password will be updated immediately.

User Settings

Info

If password expiration is enabled, Mantle will enforce a 60-day max password lifetime restriction.

  1. Click the button to disable or enable password expiration.
  2. Then click the Confirm button. img

Serial Ports

This Serial Ports section displays all detected serial ports.

Troubleshooting Tip

This helps verify whether Mantle can detect the serial port, especially when troubleshooting build failures involving serial connections.

Appliance Settings

Info

  • The Appliance Settings section displays Mantle’s network configuration and allows you to modify the build interface. While the build interface is preconfigured by default, you can change it if needed.
  • Additionally, this section provides Shutdown and Restart buttons, allowing you to safely power off or reboot the Mantle appliance when necessary.

Changing the Build Interface

  1. Click the dropdown to view available network interfaces.
  2. Select the preferred interface and click Submit. img

Upload Mantle Software License

Info

The Upload Mantle Software License section allows you to upload a license key to activate Mantle and its features.

  1. Click Choose File and select your license key (.yml).
  2. Click Submit to upload.
  3. Confirm the Status is active and an expiration date is displayed

Data Management

Info

The Data Management section allows you to delete stored Data Center, Network, and Virtual Network build data from the database. Deleting build data is permanent and will remove all records of prior builds from Mantle.

Deletion Options

Each button below will permanently delete the corresponding build data:

  • – Removes all stored build data, including Data Center, Network, and Virtual Network configurations.
  • – Deletes only Data Center build records while keeping other data intact.
  • – Removes Network build data without affecting Virtual Network or Data Center builds.
  • – Deletes only Virtual Network build records while retaining Data Center and Network data.

Warning

Deleted data cannot be recovered, and no previous builds will be available within Mantle after deletion. Proceed with caution.

Classification

Info

The Classification section allows you to select a classification banner that will be displayed at the top of the Mantle web interface.

Available Classification Levels:

  • Unclassified (Green Banner)
  • Confidential (Blue Banner)
  • Secret (Red Banner)
  • Top Secret (Orange Banner)
  • Top Secret // SCI (Yellow Banner)
  1. Click the dropdown and select the classification level.
  2. Click Submit, then OK to apply changes.
  3. The classification banner will update immediately to reflect the chosen security level.

Enterprise Settings

Info

Register this node to Mantle enterprise.

Upload File

  1. Click Choose File and select your registration file.
  2. Click Upload File.
  3. Click Submit

Manual Form

  1. Paste the registration token into the Token field
  2. Enter the Group ID
  3. Enter the Enterprise URL
  4. Click Submit img
