Troubleshooting

This page covers common issues and recommended steps to resolve them. By limiting our table of contents (TOC) to a depth of 2, only “Troubleshooting” will appear in the sidebar, and each section below will be displayed as a tab within the page.

Error Logs and Exporting

Any errors that occur while operating MANTLE Mobile will appear in the Console. They are tagged with the identifier [Error].

If you encounter an error you’re unsure how to handle, you can export your logs and send them to your support representative.

USB Connection Tips

MANTLE Mobile relies on a stable USB connection to communicate with devices. Clicking Start Server on the Home Screen displays which devices are successfully connected (shown in the Console).

  • Troubleshooting Steps
    • Check Physical USB Connections: Ensure the cable is firmly seated.
    • Use a Powered USB Hub: This is more reliable for multiple device connections.
    • Enable USB Debugging: Make sure USB debugging is turned on before connecting the device.
    • Toggle USB Debugging: In the device’s Developer options, turn USB debugging off and on again or choose Revoke USB debugging authorizations, then click Start Server in MANTLE Mobile to re-initialize the connection.
