Device Profiles

Device Profiles are used to define Custom Variables and Files that only pertain to specified devices.

You can create a profile then assign that profile to your intended device(s).

To create a profile, navigate to Device Profiles tab.

This opens a menu for creating, editing and importing Profiles.

Create New Profile: Creates a new profile from scratch.
Edit: Edits an existing profile.
Copy and Create: Creates a new profile from an existing profile.

Create New Profile, Edit, and Copy and Create will bring up a menu for configuring the Name, Files and Custom Variables.

Files: Files selected here will only be transferred to the devices to which this profile has been assigned. They will also be available with the tag Device_File while recording allowing you to touch a file while recording that will touch each other devices' file according their profile.
Custom Variables: Custom Variables configured here will send a different value for each device depending on its selected profile.

Once your profiles have been created, you can assign them to devices by clicking the Edit button for each device in the Devices table.

Here you can select the profile you would like to apply to the selected device.

Once a profile is selected the devices will only enter the values associated with the configured Custom Variables and tranfer the Files specified for their selected profile.
