Mantle 2 Integration

This guide covers registering Mantle Mobile as a node, syncing assets, and provisioning from Mantle 2.0.

Prerequisites

  • Mantle 2.0 instance with appropriate licensing
  • Assets (APKs, configs, baselines) uploaded to the Mantle 2.0 group you will join

Generate a Registration Token in Mantle 2.0

  1. Go to Groups and select your target group. Select Group

  2. Navigate to the Nodes tab and click Generate Registration Token. This will download a token file.

  3. Choose Generate Registration Token and download the token file.

Import a Registration Token on MANTLE Mobile and Register

  1. Navigate to the Enterprise tab.

  2. In the Tokens table, select Import Token and choose the token that was downloaded from MANTLE 2.

  3. Once the token has been imported, select the Register with Enterprise button.

  4. Confirm Registration.

  5. If successful, you will see your Node's information in the Node Information table and the indicator on the bottom left.

  6. You can also confirm your node information is visible within the Nodes tab of your group within MANTLE 2.

Sync Assets with MANTLE 2

Path: Enterprise > Sync Assets

To sync assets from MANTLE 2 without entering Node Mode, you can navigate to Enterprise > Sync Assets.

Here you can:
- Download All Missing Assets: Check for every asset assigned to you group and download every all.
- Show Assigned Assets from Enterprise: Selecting the Refresh Icon will display the assets assigned to your group. You can then select the specific assets you would like to download.

Node Mode

To provision devices from MANTLE 2, MANTLE Mobile must be in Node Mode.

To enter Node Mode, navigate to Enterprise > Node Mode and toggle the Node Mode checkbutton.

Note

While in Node Mode, MANTLE 2 operates as the "Source of Truth" for device information, profile information, assets, and provisions.
This could overwrite your local device information and assets and automatically launch provisions.
You will not be able to locally make any changes or execute any actions locally while in Node Mode.

Confirm Node Mode
The status indicator on the bottom left will display actions taking place. Syncing Device, Downloading Assets and Checking for Active Provisions.
