How to Start a Provision
Mantle Mobile uses a baseline-first model. This guide walks through preflight checks, launching a provision, and monitoring progress.
Before You Start
Confirm the following:
- Devices are connected and appear in DEVICE DATABASE.
- Required assets are available locally (or synced from Enterprise).
- The baseline status column reads Valid (no missing dependencies).
- License token count covers the devices you plan to provision.
Launch a Local Provision
Path: Provision
- Locate the target baseline.

Review the Status column. If it shows Missing Assets, select Import Assets and resolve the warnings.
Import the missings assets.

Select Provision. Mantle Mobile opens Track Provision and begins executing the workflow.

Track Progress
Path: Track Provision
Use this page to:
- Monitor per-device status
- Filter logs by selected device UUID(s)
- Review started/completed timestamps and duration
- Cancel a running provision (
Cancel Provision)
Enterprise-Driven Provisioning
Path: Enterprise
Two common modes:
Node Mode
When enabling Node Mode, the app warns that it may automatically download assets, execute provisions, and disable local features.
Log Export and Incident Data
When provisioning fails or partially completes:
- Open
Track Provision. - Filter to impacted device UUID(s) by typing into the search bar or clicking the device card.
- Export logs.
- Include app version/build, OS, impacted device models, and failure time when sharing logs.
